The planet Venus rules the ability and propensity to reach out and to form relationships; artistic grace and masterful harmony; the ability to be tactful and diplomatic; and love.  Negatively: the propensity to be extravagant and vain, to waste one’s resources; human lust; jealousy, possessiveness; to be manipulative or seductive; also to be overly-nice, to want peace at all costs.
