Feb 22-Mar 2, 2008: Astro-Success

This week I am continuing on tweaking my transit analysis formula, which I am tentatively calling the Daily Astrology Impact Level (DIAL).  With my years of experience delineating charts and transits I'm using the following criteria:

  • Nature of the planets
  • Retrograde or not
  • Planet dignity in sign
  • Planet disposing benefic or malefic planets
  • Planet disposer dignity

This week I am continuing on tweaking my transit analysis formula, which I am tentatively calling the Daily Astrology Impact Level (DIAL).  With my years of experience delineating charts and transits I'm using the following criteria:

  • Nature of the planets
  • Retrograde or not
  • Planet dignity in sign
  • Planet disposing benefic or malefic planets
  • Planet disposer dignity
  • Planet disposer benefic or malefic
  • Planet disposer disposing benefic or malefic planets
  • Nature of aspect

This creates a cumulative "intensity/impact" level determining if the transits cumulatively for that day will be "easy" or "hard".  I'm toying with different values for the criteria above and I have to make sure that the days don't look overly difficult all the time.  Trying to determine a baseline for normalcy is the problem, what I want people to see is the peaks and valleys and it may take a few weeks more experimentation before I'm satisfied with the results.

Please send any comments about this new tool I'm creating, it will help me immensely.  Nevertheless I am posting a graph for each week until I get it right ;)

Enthusiasm and charisma should overflow, nothing will seem impossible to attempt.  Judgments may be off (skewed towards overconfidence) and truths could become exaggerated.  New moon today could bring about a subtle quiescent quality.  (Mercury conjunct Jupiter in Capricorn, New Moon in sidereal Aquarius) -8 Points

Sat, Feb 28
Obsessive thoughts may plague the mind, but opening the way for deep analysis.  Frustrations, delays, and even accidents may dog activity.  (Mercury in Capricorn semisquare Pluto,  Mars in Capricorn quincunx Saturn in Leo) -18 Points

Sun, Mar 1

Pessimism or over-negativity may dog the mind, you may find it hard to overcome a bleak picture. Ultimately though you should be spurred to press on and overcome limitations.  At some point there could be alarm and hysteria to deal with, in others it may come out as great urgency of thought and word.  (Mercury in Capricorn quincunx Saturn in Leo, Jupiter in Capricorn biquintile Saturn, Mercury conjunct Mars in Capricorn) -20 Points

Mon, Mar 2

No peaking influences.
